"I have to tell you, I laugh at people filling up balloons every weekend at the office (when I go to the office).
Then they have to tie them to the signs, and hope the weather is with them.
I have my Simuloons in the trunk of my car all the time. When I do an open house or a new listing or any other reason I want. Out come the Simuloons. I pop them on the signs and I look like the pro I am.
I don't waste time going to the office and waiting for the next three people to fill up their balloons.
I just have another hour of sleep or another cup of coffee (or both) and use the Simuloons.
